Replace and install new plumbing fixtures for train station upgrade,td=6, fd=2, rd=18, wc=2, lav=2, mr=1, ewc=1, uri=1 sump pumps=4. The installation will comply with the philadephia plubming code 2004

Replace exist turnstiles w 4 new turnstiles,1 new ada fare gate. Reuse exist power infrastructure. Replace exist ticket machines w 2 new fare vending devices. Modify 4 exist circuits & install 3 new circuit breakers (train station)

Asbestos abatement required prior to the start of any work for the rehabilitation of the existing septa margaret-orthodox station, all work to be done per approved plans. Variance obtained from the philadelphia fire department under board of safety and fire prevention case #2105-037. If field conditions vary contact design engineer prior to the start of any work. Amended permit required for special inspections. Separate permits required for all other work.

For the amendment of ap#678991 to alter permit language to reference that no asbestos was detected in area of work and for special inspections.
