Install 200a svs w 4 meters, 4 panels, pick up existing circuits (west dist)

Remove and replace seven (7) windows as per historical commission approval as part of existing structure.

Replace porch floor with 1 x 4" mahogany tougue and grrove

Remove sunroom on 2nd floor rear and erect a rooftop deck as per plans. All lumber used in the construction to be pressure treated. Flashing or sealant to be provided at rear wall ledger connection. Beam: members bolted together with minimum ?" bolts, 16" on center (bolt pattern must be staggered). Joists: all joists must be a maximum of 16" on center for pressure treated decking decking: 5 4" x 6" minimum. No opening greater than 4" permitted in the railing design. Connections: 1. Post to beam with mechanical fasteners only. 2. Ledger to house with minimum ?" bolts @ 16" on center with one in each stud cavity (bolt pattern must be staggered). 3. All joists must bear on wood beam or approved joist hanger. 4. All mechanical hardware must be fastened with approved fasteners. 5. All hardware fasteners to be non-corrosive.

Remove existing 10x 12 2nd floor sunroom & replace with new open air 10x12 wood deck with identical footpront on existing 6x 6 posts.
