Mobile home is for grandaughter. Abby, the address is showing 1172 case rd in hte. They said that this was the address and then 911 changed it. They think it is now 46 case rd. I thought you might want to check the address and i wasnt sure if you wanted to put a separate address for the grandaughters trailer or not. According to gis the address for the main parcel is 42 case. Aom; zoning was disapproved as the district designation used not to allow for a manufactured home. City council changed the zoning district to allow for the overlay at their tuesday, december 12th meeting. Dwelling unit would have to meet minimum modular construction (with a n. C. Modular construction validation stamp from the n. C. Dept.
