For amendment of ap# 4052 to revise listed estimated cost of work from 75,0 to 750,0 as listed in submitted executed project contract; no change in plans previously approved by department permitted herein.

Amend permit 117677 for revisions to add individual rear doors for each individual vacant store, evise bathroom layouts. Total of 5 new doors. No changes to prior approved rear parking lot trash area, as shown in attached prior approved plan. Future co and urp zoning required prior to occupancy of spaces.
