Existing footprint to remain unchanged. Install first floor rear deck. Install new third floor deck accessed by door from third floor.

Install new third floor balcony deck off of third floor. Replace roof rafters of first floor rear extension. Exisitng building height and footprint to remain unchanged. Construct deck at rear of first floor.
