Repair the back decks on the second and third floors in the third floor back deck repair the hand railing and install roof hatch in the second floor replace the decking and repair the hand railing. Repair or replace the front third floor porch and fix the roof underneath the porch repair the shingles where it is needed in the front third porch. In the right side of the building replace the 6 rotten window sills and check the window trim. Repair the front entry tile. Repair the front metal flashing in the roof. In the third floor common hallway install handrailing from the second to the third floor. In the basement install hand railing on the stairs of the side door.
