Install (4) hvac systems with ductwork. (mixed-use)

For the installation of an automatic fire suppression system throughout a mixed-use structure in accordance with nfap 13 & 13r standards. System is equipped with a backflow prevention assembly, and is serviced via a 3" fire service main line.

Alteration: interior plumbing for 3-story building with a vacant commercial space on the 1st floor and (4) dwelling units on the 2nd & 3rd floors (mixed use) the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code, 2004. Additional permits are required for the fit-out of the vacant commercial space, the 6" sewer lateral, the 1-1 4" domestic water distribution service,and the 1-1 2" domestic water distribution service to the street mains, as well as the 1-1 2" backflow prevention containment assembly.

For level iii altertations to an existing building with a complete change in occupancy classification to a vacant commercial space on the first floor (use permit and separate certificate of occupancy required prior to occupancy) and four dwelling units on the second and third floor level. Alterations to include the erection of parition walls, provide accesibility improvements, and provide finishes throughout. Building to be fully sprinklered. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact structural engineer prior to the start of any work. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression work.

Correct city electric code violation case #156400, repair fire alarm, emergency lighting and electrical systems: (replace damaged wire and smoke detectors), as per 2005 nec and nfpa-72 (west dist)

Install 400amp complete with 6 panels, 6 meters & grounding, create vanilla box for 1st fl vacant commercial (additonal electrical permit will be required with plans) recepts, switches, lights, smoke co detectors & intercom for 4 units above as per 2008 nec (west district)
