Amend permit no. 554444 to include repair replacement of front wall on station street as per engineers report, change the location of first floor dwelling units to rear (cresson street side), creation of two (2) vacant commercial spaces along front (station street) with accessible ramps and creation of accessory parking on first floor as per approved plans.

For the as of right; construction of a 2nd and 3rd floor addition on top of existing, (1) story, "non accessory" parking garage, continued use of 1st floor as "non accessory" and for the creation of (18) residential units.

For the elemaination of a non accessory garage for the creation of two dwelling units on first floor rear, for a vacant commercial space on first floor front with sixteen dwelling units on second third floors

Installation of automatic sprinkler system with three inch (3") fire service, backflow prevention device and fire department connection throughout three (3) story building per plans; dry pipe system throughout ground floor garage shall be in accordance with nfpa 13; wet pipe system in residential areas shall be in accordance with nfpa 13-r (exterior dry install per 13 & 13-r). Separate permits required for all electrical and plumbing work.

Erection of a two (2) story addition above an existing one (1) story structure as per approved plans. For the creation of eighteen (18) dwelling units with two (2) means of egress from all stories and roof deck. Building to be fully sprinklered. Separate permits required for mep & fire suppression

Temp service 100amp,4 gfci receptacles on free standing pole for approximately 6 months for construction (apt bldg)

Install cast iron drain lines & cooper water lines for 18 units - 18-wc, 18-lav- 18-showers & 18-kitchen sinks the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004 (multi family)these plans where not approved for the installation of the required backflow preventer a separate permit will need to be pulled by a certified backflow technician for the installation of this device

Install 5" lat and 5" storm lat 2" domestic water service. Pa1# 2015-3280788 - "self-certifications are no longer permitted" - "all excavations and plumbing trenches in excess of 5 feet in depth must have approved shoring in place at the time of inspection"

18 apts w receptacles,15 fixtures,5 sws each. Ceiling mounted fixtures in garage area,800amp service with 19 meter sockets,cable and phone per 2008 nec (apt bldg). Install fire alarm 15 emergency and exit signs

For the repair of existing front wall (station street frontage) and the erection of a two (2) story addition with two (2) roof decks and two (2) pilot houses (for access to roof decks only) above an existing attached structure. Size and location as shown in application. For use as two (2) vacant commercial spaces on first floor front (station street frontage; use registration permits required prior to occupancy) and multi-family household living (eighteen (18) dwelling units) on first floor rear through second and third floors with twelve (12) accessory off-street, enclosed parking spaces [including one (1) van accessible space] and six (6) enclosed, class 1a bicycle parking spaces on the first floor.
