Use to dunkin donuts and addition

Construct new addition to existing building, create 2 tenant spaces,install awning, signs and associated site civil work, as per submitted plans. One space is to remain vacant requiring future use registration and co fit out permit prior to occupancy. See additional fit out permit ap228285. Water available on market powelton only.

Construct a chain link dumpster enclosure on new reinforced thick concrete slab as indicated on attached plans. Construct concrete filled steel bollards within dumpster encloseure as indicated on attached plans. Existing building, wall and pylon sign and accesory parking as previously approved.

Space 1 use, take out restaurant with accessory signage. Space 2 use, take out restaurant with accessory signage. New monolith element on front elevation at entry doors. Existing parapet at new monolith to be raised. Accessory parking previously approved.
