Install one type i 5 kitchen hood and one type ii 7-6" kitchen hood, one exhaust fan, 1 supply air fan and related ductwork and curbs as per plan (all within property lines) as per approved plans. Separate permit required for kitchen hood fire suppression work.

Plumbing permit

25 square feet, interior demolition of non load bearing walls and ceilings only. No other work allowed under this permit. No structural changes. Three sets of plans drawn to professional quality are to be submitted for review and approval by the department before work on renovation starts. All sub-contractors are to be licensed in the city of philadelphia, and listed on permit. A sub-contractors list is to be given to the inspector before any work starts.

Plumbing alterations to an existing structure for the use as a restaurant on the first and second floor levels, with a single family dwelling on the third floor level with a proposed roof deck - the installation will comply with the approved plans and the philadelphia plumbing code 2004 - fixtures equipment water supply piping will be protected by a minimum method listed in table p-608. 1 of the 2009 international plumbing code - grease trap should be located as near as possible to the 3-compartment utensil pot sink to comply with the philadelphia plumbing code section p-510. 2
