Renovation of the existing ""glassbox"" at the peoria st. Cta station to replace the existing stationhouse, which is to be demolished as part of the circle interchange reconstruction. A new elevator is being added to provide acessiblity for physically challenged users. The floor and roof of the existing glassbox fo the existing station is being expanded to the west to the west to provide a landing for the new elevator. The existing west stair for the glassbox is being relocated to the west. The

Revision to permit # 100508966 to replace the existing pre-cast floor deck and topping slab with a new cast-in place reinforced concrete floor for the renovation of the peoria st. Cta station. The submittal also includes the change the design of the floor for the new walkway and elevator equipment room from hollow-core deck with topping slab to cast-in place reinforced concrete so the floor construction will be the same throughout the station.

Installation of one (1) 3000 lb. Cap, 100 fpm, 4-5 8"" hoist cables, spring buffers, geared traction passenger # 1 elevator. Un-approved administrative relief application attached in application package. Pursuant to plans submitted.
