Replace 5x4 curb trap, extend 4" drain from curb into the basement, install 3 4" water distribution service from the street into the basement

Install (1) gas furnace with ductwork. (sfd)

Install 100amp service and rewire throughout with outlets, lights, fixtures, switches, smokes and co detectors, electric water heater and door bell as per 2008 nec (north district)

1. 5 baths and 1 kitchen (sfd)potable water and drain the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Ez alterations permit - for interior & exterior alterations to an existing one family dwelling as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans. Work to include repairs to non-load bearing partition framing, replace gwb, tape and finish throughout, trim, insulation, kitchen & 1 l 2 bathroom alterations, hardwood flooring, entry door, interior doors and windows and reroofing. Separate permits required for plumbing, electric and hvac installations. Call inspector at least 24 hours prior to the start of work.
