For the erection of a five (5) story above grade plane, w. Enclosed parking garage & support space basement, mixed-use multi-family dwelling for apartment units & below-grade parking garage of light frame fire-retardant treated wood (frtw) & shear wall construction w. Reinforcend concrete composite, structural steel & reinforced concrete foundation system building; building to be fully sprinklered alongside stanpipe system. Separate permit reqd for any mech., elec., plumb. & firesupp work. All means of pedestrian protection to be in place prior to commencement of any permitted work.

Install (45) heat pumps with ductwork. No penetrations & units are self contained. (mixed-use)

New construction: exterior & interior plumbing of a 5-story muti-family structure with an enclosed garage and (45) dweling uints. The installation includes a 3" domestic water distribution service and a 8" combined sewer lateral to the street mains, as well as a 3" backflow prevention containment assembly, on the main domestic water supply. The installation will comply with the philadephia plumbing code, 2004.

For the installation of a 4-inch fire service line for an automatic fire suppression sprinkler system with a backflow prevention assembly in accordance with nfpa 13 and manual wet standpipes in accordance with nfpa 14 as per plan.
