Administrative approval for ap # 163742 , cal # 6609, for the enclosure of an open terrace on the fourth floor western side as part of an existing apartment, no increase in the number of dwelling units (to remain at 28 dwelling units), increase in gra less than 1%, the proposed changes are minor pursuant to zba regulations and hereby approved. (size and location as shown on the application).

Revise plan and permit # 273467 to indicate trash chute enclosure with a fire door.

For level 2 alterations to enclose existing open porch as per plans. No changes in occupancy classification. Separate permits required for any mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression work.
