12-7-2015 complaint received through email forward from shannon tuch.; 12-15-2015 letter sent to mr. Gymr. First class and certified and hand-delivered (left inside storm door at residence) see docs.; 12-22-2015- mr. Gymr dropped by the office today and acknowledged the receipt of my letter. We discussed the need for the repairs to be made and he agreed to affect those repairs. Gymr offered explanations as to why the project was never completed, which seemed tenable. Left interview with instructions for mr. Gymr to provide me a reasonable, viable timeline for repairs. Advised him also that the repairs would require permitting through coa, and work shall be done by a licensed professional. We agreed to communicate through email, and he took one of my cards. I expect timeline by the first week of january, 2015.; 02/01/2016: mr. Gymr called and we discussed expectations.
