Renovate three apt. Complete each on a different floor basement will be used for utilities and storage space for each unit.. Frame with 2 x4 wood studes and metal furing channels insulate complete apply bb and plaster finish with prime and paint. Each unit will have 1 and 3/4 bathrooms a stackable laundrry and a new kitchen. New electrical service and wiring throughout. New plumbing from exist water line in and waste limnes in basement. A new forced hot air/ac gas fired system will be installed in each unit. A complete hard wired fire alarm system will be installed in each unit the basement and the common stair wells.

Construct a 12 x 25 roof deck on the flat rear section of the roof. Deck will be built in accordance to attached plans and be secured to the framing below the roof sheathing. The deck will be serviced by the existing roof head house. The deck will not be visible from the street. Attached is a memorandum from the project architect explaining how the deck meets the existing boston building code and is permissible.

Upgrade service from 100 to 200 amps

Installing 2 bathtubs 1 sink 3 lavatories 1 shower stall 2 toilets and 1 washing machine on the 1st floor 2nd floor and 3rd floor ( fixtures per floor). We are also installing 3 water heaters water piping and sill cock on the basement floor.

Note a sidewalk permit will be optaianed and a protected walkway created through staging. Right side masonry wall: erect staging inspect and remove loose parging inspect and repoint as needed replace spalling bicks. Patch parging complete. Apply masonry sealer
