Install 28 soil borings using a track-mounted geoprobe to a depth of approximately 25 feet below existing surface grades in order to collect environmental samples of soils. Each boring will be grouted following completion with a bentonite-cement mixture.

We will perform a total of eight soil borings on the proposed site. The borings will be advanced to a depth of feet below existing site grades. The borings will be located within the bounds of the private property. The borings will be drilled utilizing 3. 25-inch hollow stem, continuous flight augers. The borings will be performed utilizing a truck-mounted drill rig and will generate an approximate 6-inch annulus. After geotechnical exploration is completed, the borings will be backfilled - in accordance with ddoe requirements - with bentonite slurry, which has a consistency of two pounds bentonite powder to one gallon water.
