Construct a elevator shaft on the east side of the building. It will be clad in brick and extend to the third level of the structure. This addition will be visible from the public way. Written description included under documents revised proposals (11/5/14) - elevator restricted to two lower floors, with internal elevator serving periodic functions on the top floor. Elevator decreased in height, set further back from the e faade of the building, and away from the south faade with a glass link. All windows, previously proposed for replacement, now to be retained, refinished & upgraded with internal secondary glazing.

No progress has been made on this application in over 1 days and has been terminated. The plan review may be reactivated 50% the plan review fee. This is an existing building that we want to remodel. None of the exterior historical features of the building will be affected. We are proposing to add an exterior elevator on the south side of the building and make some improvements to the existing site. We plan to keep the structure of the building in tact. We are redoing all of the electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems to bring them up to current code.
