Replace existing low pressure sodium stairwell lights with new led light fixtures.

Temporary construction trailer. Hcd approved or engineered anchorage required and field verifiable by the inspector. Open building permits verified. Patrick streeter determined per code, the construction trailer may be onsite in conjunction with an approved construction project. The yard trailer shall be removed immediately upon completion of the project, or the expiration of the companion building permit authorizing the project, whichever is first.

Remodel existing main entry sitework for accessibility and beautification. 12-7-16: details for bollard light footings submitted and approved otc.

Install new electrical, plumbing, hvac for new scope washer, concrete work to include relocation of drain and drench shower and eyewash station with floor drain, relocation of telescopic arm. No visible exterior modification. 10 03 16 - revised plans submitted to provide for temporary installation of equipment - this permit will be finaled out for the temporary installation and a new submittal will be made for the permanent installation.

Interior demolition. Bathroom, remove toilet, sink and door. Ref b15-4904.

Replace (2) a c package units on modular unit (see site plan for location). New units will sit on grade outside. New duct work to be connected to existing ducts. No design review required per jesse.

Must follow all life safety measures and obtain any necessary permits approvals from fire department.

Install approx. 6 lf of partial-height wall per plans. Must meet all fire department requirements for sprinkler spacing.
