Addition on side of house. 12 large living room. Clc; called applicant contact r. Bryan jackson advised existing structure appears to be about feet from right hand side neighbors parcel. Mr. Jackson said he originally measured from what he thought was property marker (fence). I advised i would continue to review and approve application based on applicant submitted site plan dimensions showing no portion of the addition would be closer than ten feet to side property boundary. All other setbacks are to be measured from the property boundary lines.
