Location: charlotte st to edwin to kimberly.; zoning was disapproved. No site plan submitted. Called applicant contact, requested they submit a building permit amendment site plan showing the property boundaries, location of existing buildings, proposed new construction footprint/outline and the related distances from the new construction to all property boundary lines and all rights-of-ways /easements. Swr april 30, 2008 4:22: pm stuartr ; may 1, 2008 1:55:52 pm scarver amendment rec. Revised site plan for zoning review;scc; just found missing amendment after andy called on me. No zoning amendment tracking step, so approved first step.
