Inspector assigned to this project is danny guthrie who can be reached at redacted phone number. ; called applicant and discovered all grading has occurred already. This property is in the steep slope area so grading should have been limited. I asked the applicant to submit a plan showing amount of total disturbance and what he is replacing so we can determine whether or not he has exceeded the allowable maximum.
