New rough-in to include sanitary waste and vent and domestic hot and cold water piping for new sink at break room and water closet and lav at ada toilet room. No other fixtures on this permit

For alterations to exist automatic sprinkler system w. Existing fire service, backflow prevention (bfp) & fire pump assemblies to serve previously approved commercial space within exist. Mixed-use multi-family dwelling. Automatic sprinkler system install per nfpa 13.

Fit out for new finiancial services space on partial second floor as per plan. Separate permits required for electrical, plumbing and mechanical work.

Install 69-light fixtures, 19-switches occ sensors, 11-exit emergency devices, 34-receptacles, 1-workstation feed, 1-exhaust fan, 1-mini split & associated branch circuiting from existing panel as per nec 2008 west district

For intial fitout of previously approved vacant tenant space to create sit-down restaurant within mixed-use high-rise multi-family building to include installation of structural steel framing & stair installation for interior mezzanine level, erection of partitions for corridor, kitchen & toilet room spaces & finish work; space to be fully sprinklered. Separate permit reqd for mech., elec., plumb., & firesupp work.

Install (1) 4 ton 1600cfm water source heat pump and (1) 2. 5 ton water source heat pump in tenants space ez interior demolition- for the interior demolition of non load-bearing partition walls and ceilings as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

Install light fixtures, switches, rececptacles (2) bathroom exhaust fan, exit and emergency lights, (1)hot water heater outlet. The installation will comply with the philadephia plubming code 2004

Furnish & install 1328 work area outlets (waqs) consisting of total 731 category 6 cables & 9 rg-6 coaxial cables & 276 microducts (1937 total cables)apt bldg as per 2008 west district

Furnish and install 52 cat 6 plenum rated cable and 1 rg coax cable, longest cable run approx 2 long as per 2008 nec (cc district)

Install 4-strobe, 3-speaker strobe & associated cabling, existing device will be relocated as per nfpa 72 west district

Tco for community gathering and daycare

Tco for floor 19-22 also to include ground floor to 18th floor and community gathering daycare space as previously approved

Temporary certificate of occupancy for floors 14 to 18, this tco to include floors previous approved. (ground floor to 12th)

Temporary certificate of occupancy for the ground floor level to the (12th) floor. Tco does not include any retail spaces.

For alteration to the existing hvac system as per plans.

Alteration: interior plumbing for a 1st floor restaurant, in a high rise building. The installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code, 2004.

Provide one 120v 20amp branch circuit and time clock for exterior signage, as per 2008 nec.

Relocate sprinkler heads 2nd flr

Install 3 4" rpz backflow preventor to sub off main backflow

Install 2-strobes, relocate 1-speaker strobe, 1-pull station & provide associated cabling on existing bldg system as per nfpa 72 west district
