Deck; setbacks along streets must be measured from the street right of way line. All other setbacks are to be measured from the property boundary lines. Setbacks also apply to porches, decks, etc.; building comments: refer to review comments attached to the approved drawings and deck checklist. Verify tributary area of actual footings. See review comment #1. It appears from the drawings submitted that 8x16x4 cap blocks may be sufficient for only a few of the footings. Refer to the footing chart in appendix a (green sheet).
