Reconfigure/subdivide two existing retail spaces into three retail spaces. Work to include demolition of two existing non-load bearing walls construction of 1 hr rated demising walls construction of one accessible toilet room new emergency lighting smoke detectors etc. All finishes to be installed by others (tenants) under a seperate contract.; change of occupancy to;reflect 36 apartment units w/ parking under retail restaurant fitness center ; and 3 offices.;

Subdivide exisiting retail space into 5 separate spaces - work to include construction of 1hr rated demising walls expansion of existing bathrooms new emergency lighting smoke detectors etc. All finishes to be installed by others under a separate permit.

Frame out new soffit. Tape and finish new soffit all existing walls and existing ceiling. Paint new soffit existing walls and existing ceiling. Install new ductwork for existing hvac system. Furnish and install new commercial grade carpet vct tile at toilet room and vinyl cove base. Install new light fixtures at existing junction boxes.

Amend the permit alt195324.; installation;of walls between tenants e &; f at 363-365 centre street

Layout bar and install two partition walls. Please see; alt165002 (38 000)for the costs for this application.

Add 6 duplex rec put up 6 light

Works already done : fabrication of blade sign perpendicular to wall and main sign ("sanctuary" restaurant);above entryway as approved by bra per plans filed.

On behalf of the tenant operating the restaurant at the property this application is to change one of the uses from restaurant to restaurant with live entertainment not operating after 10: p. M. All other uses to remain the same.

Install 12 lights and an air handler.

Add smoke detectector and strobe

Ad 25 of steel stud walls to create office and conference room and two 7 knee walls sound proof walls using 3" roxul 5/8"drywall and tape and mud walls. Paint all walls and ceilings in unit and install commercial glue down carpet to entire unit
