Change use of occupancy from multi-use community center day care center &; office to multi-use community center day care center ;office ;&; summer camp program and after-school program

Replace 3 heating & cooling cabinet heaters into 3 new hyronic heating cabinet heaters only. Install three ductless ceiling a/c fan coil units install 1 inch condensate line. Reconfigure the return air and the low voltage for the 2 director offices. Dispose all the mechanical and construction debris. Patching fire-stopping and paint where the construction ocurs in the preschool and the hallway by the elevator on the first floor.

Proposal: renovation part of the day care which includes removal of some non structural wall and install some new wall and the new bathroom (as per plan.)
