Install fire alarm system (see plans) - as per 2008 nec and nfpa 72

Clean out non structural demo of units c6,c7,a10,a12 ez interior demolition- for the interior demolition of non load-bearing partition walls and ceilings as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

Install outlets, switches, 3 gfcis, 2 smokes, one carbon, lights in each of4 units as per 2008 nec (north district) 800amp 3 phase service on permit #443913

To extend sprinkler coverage, connect to existing system as per plans

Install new fire sprinkler system for mixed use property

Install rough and finish plumbing for (9) apartment units, (4) store fronts. House drain,house trap, stack, fresh air inlet,6" 8" lateral, 2" water distribution 2", 14 water heaters

Install new 1-1 2" drain line to bathtub

Demo drop ceilings and remove old panneling and some walls that are not load bearing-ez interior demolition- for the interior demolition of non load-bearing partition walls and ceilings as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

Alterations: plumbing; interior; 4 story building (4 - apartments) - the installation will compy with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Make safe permit - unsafe case #568479 - tank removed without a permit. Remove (1) one underground tank. The removal must comply with the regulations of the pennsylvania department of environmental protection (padep). Removal of 1,0 gallon, underground storage tank (ust) used to store #2 heating oil. A copy of the ust closure report will be prepared and submitted at project completion. Contractor has no employees, no other work on this permit. Permit delievered from downstairs.
