Remove an existing interior stair from ground floor of a former dinos restaurant to an upper level dinos dining room and floor infil to return the building back to the original condition, demolition of previous dinos restaurant interior on the ground floor and upper level to create a ground floor landlord building shell and upper level building shell condition for future tenants. Future tenant work in each landlord shell space to be provided under a separate permit and scope of work. Approx- 3897 sf
