Review of proposed changes associated with a fire. This project was initially reviewed by the landmarks commission in 2011 (plnhlc2011-00167). A permit for construction was issued on 8/29/2013 (bld2013-06219). In july of 2014, a fire damaged the rear of the home to include the portion that was under construction. This request is to proceed with the initial project with various changes to include; deletion of the dormer on the north side, replacement of the deck with trex decking, postpone work on the elevated deck and arbor for a future date. French doors at second level will be secured to not be used until the deck is constructed. Additional information 12/11/14 - wood handrail specified for rear.
