Demo of enclosed porch. Install new exit stair & windows (no electrical work)

Existing 100 amp service moved to masonry wall due to demolition of old porch. Replaced with new 100 amp service. Add new 20 circuit 100 amp panel. Demolition of old armored cable and flexible conduit. Add new conduit feeds and wiring to kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room and basement. Install gfci receptacles in bathroom, kitchen and garage. Update old switches and 2 prong outlets throughout the house.

Remove and replace drywall, cabinets, tile flooring, carpet, hot water heater and plumbing fixtures: sinks, toilet, faucet. No structural work, no plumbing piping and no electrical. No other work to be done under this permit. Subject to field inspection.

Plumbing only: replace interior cold & hot water lines- all work same as existing
