Installation of type ii commercial kitchen exhaust hood to serve light duty cooking appliance only. Permit also includes relocation of four (4) existing ceiling supply diffusers per plans. Separate permits required for all electrical and plumbing work.

Remove existing wall sign at building and two (2) signs at fueling canopy perimeter. Install one (1) new wall sign at building and two (2) new walls signs at fueling canopy. For documentation of building permit not required to replace faces on two (2), double-faced, free-standing signs (post supports and interior framework to remain). Separate permit required for any electrical work.

Remove and install five (5) new 10,0 gallon underground tanks (three gasoline, one diesel and one kerosene) as part of a gas station; all work to be in accordance with pennsylvania d. E. P. Regulations, all applicable codes, nfpa and nfpa 31.

Install kitchen fire suppression system.

Interior renovations and upgrades to the existing retail gas station, as per plans. No change in use additional permtis req: electrical, plumbing, hvac.

For the partial conversion of two (2) free standing double-faced statically illuminated accessory signs to digital display accessory signs within previously approved statically illuminated sign faces; size & location as shown in approved plans. For use as retail sale of food, beverages, & groceries, take-out restaurant, gasoline station, & accessory off-street parking for ten (10) spaces & signage as previously approved.

8 amp 3 phase service, module building, canopy fixtures, temporary service for construction trailer, fuel dispensers, submisable pumps for gasoline dispensing. Area lighting poles and fixtures. (south dist)

Hook up sanitary & storm water to prefabed bldg. 2 wc, 2 lavs, 3 hand s, (1) 3 comp s, 1 mop s, 5 roof dr, 2 fl dr, 1 fl sink. Hwh

Install underground storm and sanitary to building and tie into sewer in street

Reface 2 existing illum freestanding signs, remove install 2 canopy new illum channel letters, remove install illum badge sign.
