A varience approved by deputy commisionor asif rahman allowing the installation of only a lula exceeding the travel limits and the questionable application of this unit being the only lift for the 9th, 10th, and 11th floors of this occupied tower space. Pursuant to plans and variance submitted.

Installation of one (1) vertical wheelchair lift providing access to lula adjacent to stairs on the 8th floor of the tower space. Pursuant to plans submitted.
