Facade restoration-sfd, cutting motar joints & repointing, remove and replace (6) window lintels (heads), re-set marble entry way & stairs etc.

200amp service & 200a panel & grounding & wiring throughout with switches, receptacles, hardwired smokes as per nec 2008

Interior demolition of non-bearing partitions, frame new non-bearing partions, remove & replace kitchen; remove & replace bathrooms; new drywall throughout. All electric, plumbing, & hvac permits by others. No exterior work this permit. No new window or exterior doors this permit ez permit standard alterations- for alterations to an existing one family dwelling as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.
