July 16, 2009 12:08:37 pm soconner.; this parcel is not subject to the steep slope ordinance and is not located within the river district. A zoning permit must be obtained in order to establish any new use(s) or structure(s) to the site. This does not constitute approval of any uses or structures.; engineering inspections requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of inspections. The grading/erosion and stormwater inspector assigned to this project is woody ledford who can be reached at redacted phone number. This grading waiver covers up to 999 square feet of disturbance. If a greater amount is disturbed a full grading permit and fees shall be r
