The front three windows in this unit which face the street are broke beyond repair. They are unable to be opened or closed. One of them is shattered. It is unsafe. They need to be replaced. The request is to merely replace the windows with in kind replacement. As stipulated in the beacon hill guidelines they will fill all the guidelines of the historic neighborhood. There is no remodeling involved or attempt to change the appearance of the unit internally or externally other than to replace the windows with functioning one. They will be wood windows. A document is attached with the specs of the windows. They will be painted black on the external side (which is the current color of the external existing windows and the remainder windows on the building.) the interior will be stained to match the window sill which will not be changed.
