Fore new garage. Lcs; zoning did not receive any plans in regards to apartment. Contacted applicant explained zoning would not approve use of accessory apartment without floor plans showing gross floor area. Swr march 17, 2005 3:21: pm stuartr zoning permit approval for accessory structure only. No garage apartment plans reviewed or approved. Current udo standards specify the gross floor area of the accessory apartment shall not exceed 5 square feet. Contacted applicant, bryan fore, who indicated he will not construct an accessory apartment at this time. Applicant may apply in the future for related building and zoning permits for an accessory apartment.
