Revisions to prior permits #220495 & 220577 to consolidate bldgs 32 & 3202. Install elevator, make interior alterations renovations to create management office, community space and residential units, as per submitted plans.

Rehab and renovations for 3 story structure, occupancy and structure to be revised at a later date. Associated civil and site work, as per submitted plans. Vacant 2nd floor requires future co and use permit prior to occupancy.
