Level 1 alterations: nature cut ledger stone veneer to be installed on front side under window (install as per manufactures specifications). Install a replacement above ground oil tank in back of bldg. Same location as original, with 6ft fence around tank.

For interior demolition & a partial change of occupancy classification within an exist. One (1) story multi-tenant building to expand grocery & restaurant space & for level ii alterations to include erection of interior partitions for toilet room, seating, kitchen, & merchandise pad areas; work area is not fully sprinklered. Separate permit required for mechanical, electrical, & plumbing work. No alteration to existing exterior facade permitted herein.

For the alteration of an existing hvac system as per plans

Level iii alterations to include one story rear addition to create a shell mercantile space as per approved plans. Separate permit required for fit-out and c. O. Prior to occupancy separate permits required for any mep or fire suppression work

Remove any petroleum product water. Conduct a confirmatory soil sampling of surrounding soil. Contigency plan in place in the case contaminated soils discovered. Fill in place with sand or flowable fill concrete mixture. All work completed in accordance with pa-dep ust removal guidelines. Epa certification & closure report to be submitted to inspector.
