Install one type ii, 11 kitchen hood, one exhaust fan, 1 supply air fan and related ductwork and curbs as per plan (all within property lines). Separate permit required for fire suppression permit for the kitchen hood.

Replacing 4" cast iron stack and drain and water lines to a 3 piece bathroom on the 2nd floor stack work from basement to 2 below roof leaving old piece thru roof its in good condition

Interior exterior alterations for 1st floor, basement storage. Fitout, finishes, and structural sistering of floor joists and flooring for new tenant fit out. Co attached to certify existing use occupancy above and partial building change below 1st floor. Exterior alterations as per attached phc requirements - 1st level only, no work to upper floors additional permits req: electrical, plumbing, hvac, kitchen hood type 2, signs

Install 3-hand wash sink, 1-3 compartment sink, 1-prep sink & 1-indirect drain (comm) note: the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Install 100,0 92% gas furnace and 5 ton 13 seer condenser and coil with new return and supply duct work. Install a new supply duct for old system.

Wiring for store lights and recepts,wiring exit signs and emergency lights,installing 320amp service as per 2008 nec

Add 100amp meter for existing sub panel in basement rear for existing lights and receptacles per 2008 nec (mixed use)

Amend prior permit ap592292, revisions to interior floor framing conditions as indicated per engineers design drawings.

New fire alarm system with mini horns being installed in apts bedrooms per nfpa 72 (mixed use)
