This application is to address a stop work order that was placed on this address. The first violation is the installation of inappropriate wood-grain siding. I would like to apply to retain the current siding used on the sides and rear of the house, however, i will agree install smooth siding on the front. The second violation is the installation of inappropriate window trim. As above, i would like to apply to retain the window trim currently in place on the sides and rear but will replace the trim on the front of the house. The third violation is the inappropriate fan lite door. This is the same door that has been on the house for at least 11 years.
