Flash roof to new front. Vertical reinforcement every 24 inches. Install returns into party walls for structural connection. Flash and seal roof. Install 2 x 4 frame wall, r-13 insulation and sheetrock on interior front wall for finish. . Remove concrete slab in basement level dirt and pour new slab

To partially resolve l+i case# 530931 for underpinning foundation work as per engineers report. Site to be excavated at areas adjacent to existing structure(s) not within the scope of this permit. Permit holder to notify owner(s) of adjoining property(ies) no less than ten (10) days prior to commencement of permitted work.

Installation of egress window at front of property

Interior demo and interior alterations throughout, to include drywall throughout, moisture resistant drywall in the bathroom and kitchen, new windows and doors in existing opening.
