Renovation of an existing commercial kitchen for the school. The work includes new architectural finishes, new kitchen equipment, mechanical upgrades and associated electrical and plumbing work.

The tennis court installers constructing the new tennis courts for the st. Albans high school would like to continue construction of the courts. Work would include applying leveling compound to the asphalt and sealing the asphalt. These activities may require the use of a golf cart to move around materials. No loud or excessive noise would be generated.

The track installer building the new track at the st. Albans school would like to continue laying the surface of the track. This activity may require the use of a large diesel generator which does not generate loud noise, but creates a low hum. Hand drills and a fork lift may also be used. An extra watch person will be used so that the back up alarm on the forklift can be disabled. The tennis court installers may also be adhering the carpet for the new tennis court surface or applying the clay in-fill. Neither activity produces excessive noise.

The track installer building the st. Albans school track proposes to continue laying the surface of the track. This activity may require the use of a diesel generator which does not generate loud noise, but creates a low hum. Hand drills may also be used. A forklift may also be used to reposition material, however an extra watch person will be present so that the back up alarm can be disabled.

The track installer building the new track at the st. Albans school would like to off load materials to prepare for the week. This activity requires the use of a forklift. By using an additional watch person, the back up alarm will be turned off, so as not to disrupt the neighborhood. A parking lot push blower may also be used to prepare the asphalt surface of the track.

Existing building permit is b1506613 proposed after hours work is setting bluestone paving steps in the plaza area of the st. Albans athletic fields. The area where work is proposed is set back over 1 yards from public space. This work activity requires the use of a bobcat, but the back-up alarm may be disarmed with an additional watch person.
