For partial demolition of covered sidewalk at ground floor, and for the erection of additions to an existing three (3) story attached structure, with prescriptive alterations throughout (no change in occupancy classification), for a sit-down restaurant on the 1st 2nd floor, and a single-family dwelling on the 3rd floor, as per plans; separate permits required for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work; building to be fully sprinklered with nfpa 13 throughout; no signs on this permit.

For erection of two story addition to existing structure alongside packer ave and erection of a one story rear addition above the existing two story portion and erection of a covered roof over the existing one story portion of structure facing packer ave. Size and location as shown on the application. Uses as sit-down restaurant on 1st & 2nd floor and one family dwelling on third floor as previously approved. No sign on this permit.
