Remove approximately 6 cubic yards of contaminated soils and cubic yards of contaminated concrete. The two concrete pads to be removed are located immediately to the east of the substation building, excavation anticipated to approximately 8 inches bgs. Soils will be removed from landscaped areas along w grover st & 32nd ave w to an anticipated depth of 16 inches bgs. Work will include the vactor removal of soils from the root zones of three trees in the southeast corner of the property. Areas will be backfilled with appropriate materials and restored to current configuration and condition. Work will not include any impacts to the concrete substation building.
