Remove and replace interior partitions including framing and sheetrock throughout to create new bedrooms bathroom, ceilings included. Insulate all exterior walls with r-13 or r-19. Insall new kitchen cabinets countertops, tile and carpets, moulding, interior doors. Separate permits required for electrical, plumbing and hvac. Applicant agrees to limit construction to comply with ez permit standard dated february, 2007. Deviation from this standard will result in the revocation of this permit and the imposition of further penalties.
