The stand alone electrical has been voided and the stand alone plumbing has been changed to a building permit. No more inspections can be made until the building permit is issued. Fyi: subject address is adding a whole new kitchen but is pulling only stand alone permits. I have turned down the plumbing inspection already and they have called for an electrical rough in for today that will be denied as well. I want you all to know that there will soon be an application to add another kitchen to this house.
