For the development of (50) mulit family residential unit building. To be four stories high, with front and back entrance, and (54) open air parking spaces and (12) garages

Install a temp 100amp service for new construction work site trailer per 2008 nec (construction site)

Install 150amp service complete with gounding curcuits, outlets, 15 switches, lights, 8-120v smokes co2 detectors as per 2008 nec (north district)

Install a partial sanitary house drain w branches, partial water distribution, and water supply piping in a crawl space for (50)modular dwelling units including the installation of a 3" reduced pressure zone backflow prevention containment device - note: piping must be protected from freezing per section p-605. 1 and any flat offsets on the sanitary system piping must comply with section p-1107 of the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Installation of (3) 2-ton heat pumps ez permit ductwork & warm-air appliances- for the installation of new ductwork, registers grilles diffusers, and warm-air appliances as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

Temporary certificate of occupancy for towers 6, 5, and 4.

New construction of foundation system and erection,construction of a 4 story modular structure and appendages - fabricated & inspected by approved state manufacturer & inspection agency, with associated field site work. Building fully sprinklered. Additional permits req: field installed constructed electrical, plumbing, hvac, sprinklers & spipes.

Install 6-600amp single 240v svcs w 9 gang meter sockets, install 54-feeders to existing panels, 6-towers of prewired modular bldgs as per nec 2008

Sitework, storm management system, area drains, rainleaders and new storm, sanitary and water connections to the city mains for a new (4)storm for a modular multi-family dwelling ( units) - note: piping in the crawl space of the building and the backflow prevention containment device will be "by others" (separate permit required) - house trap(s) on the storm and sanitary house drains are required to comply with the philadelphia plumbing code section p-501. 7

Field installations of sprinkler system, new 4" underground fire service line, backflow preventer, attached meter pit, fdc connection, class 1 standpipes in common exit stairs, run 4" express main in crawl space to feed connect to prefabaricated and pre-sprinklered modular units- tied in all modulars units to new feed main installed,install new cpvc pipe and sprinklers in stick build end multi family units. All installation and work to conform to nfpa 13r and 14 as per plans and calcs.
