For level iii alterations to an existing structure as per plans: repair and replace damaged finishes, partition walls, ceiling elements, all windows. Create fire-rated enclosure around exit access stairway. Upgrades to all egress and unit entry doors, upgrades to non-load-bearing partitions in residential units. No changes in height or area of existing attached structure to be used as vacant commercial space on first floor, with multi-family household living (five (5) dwelling units) above. Separate permits required for all electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire suppression work. No work to be done in vacant commercial space (use registration and co required prior to occupancy) new use registration and co required prior to occupancy of vacated residential units

To amend previously issued permit ap#676174 to change apartment layout to extend into previously vacant areas on second and third floors, and replacement of staircase, as per plans; no change to previously approved five (5) dwelling units on the 1st-3rd floors.
