Erect a temporary squash court for a weekend tournament

Install one 50hp baldor super e motor and one 50hp variable frequency drive on cooling tower fan.

Pull 1 - 2 amp 3 phase service from the symphony hall basement existing camlok service to power lighting audio and catering for a special event that will be held in a tent in the parking lot. Load in is on monday 6/11/12 the event and strike is on wednesday 6/13/12.

Masonry restoration including re pointing misc spall repair patching caulking flashing replacement cleaning-mass ave & huntington ave elevations. Repair/replacement flat seam copper portico roof (approx 2x70)-huntington ave elevation. Gutter repair/replacement- huntington ave & mass ave elevations. Replace with same-qty 7(seven)arched windows- mass ave elevation. Replace with same-qty 6(four) double hung windows-mass ave elevation. Replace with same-qty 2(two) arched windows-huntington ave elevation.

Erect 20x and 9x tents on 62512. Removal on 62512

Erect 4x 20x 32" high (2) 8x 8 x40" high 8x 20x 40" high platforms on 6/24/12. Removal on 6/25/12

Replacement of 25 power outlets and lights

Provide 2 - 180kw generators (1 - is a back up) to power lighting audio visual and catering for a tent. The tent will be placed in the parking lot adjacent to the building and used for a special event. Load in - 9/20 21/12 event is on 9/22/12 and the strike is on 9/23/12.

Erect 74x106 with elevated flooring (2) 20x 6x tents ;(2) 8x24x16 8x8x12 stages;and connecting canopy to building on 9/15/12. Removal on 9/25/12.

Install amp balanced power system panel in lower level mechanical room

Install 2 boilers and 4 roof top units.

Phase iii exterior masonry restoration of facades at saint stephens st. & in pkg lot around symphony hall. Re-roof cohen wing install structural steel for future generator on roof (landing on existing columns)-stamped dwgs to be provided for permit.

Simplex additions and changes including change existing strobes to speaker strobes and adding spreaker strobes from existing circuits

Fundraising event for city years 25th anniversary inside symphony hall close sidewalk on the block in front for red carpet installation and entertainment. Event begins at 5 approximately 20 guests expected. Guests are mainly 30 but some students/core members will be involved
