For the erection of a pre-manufactured, one-story guard shed (64 sf) & a portable truck weighing scale with accessory support trailer.

Grading site work permit only. Excavation grading of the site for girard point - butane terminal - phase 1 site preparation, as noted in the attached earthwork package of plans. Work pertains to sitework only, to provide track crossing and roadway to new butane rail terminal to access existing equipment. Proposed work accessory existing intensive industrial use on lot. For level ii interior alterations to provide new exterior waterproofing, masonry wall infill, sill lintel replacement, roof covering and deck replacement. Work also to include interior finishes and furniture. All asbestos to be treated removed prior to commencement of work.

For level ii alterations to existing mechanical system, alteration to include the installation of registers, diffuser and mechanical equipment with associated ductwork. For the demolition of existing foundations and installation of a boiler, mat foundations, utility pads, remote instrument enclosure, cable tray supports, transformers, and pole supports for steam line. No change in height or area of exisitng structures. For use as intensive industrial as previously approved.

For the erection of two- one story buildings for flare monitoring purposes accessory to intensive industrial use on the lot and for modification to existing flare stack structures, and for the erection of building for the use of equipment. All work to be done per approved plans, construction to include concrete foundations, bollards and structural steel reinforcement. If field conditions vary contact structural engineer prior to the start of any work. Separate permits required for all other work.

Additon of a guard shed and trailer (both portable).

For the erection of a structure for proposed boiler no. 45 relocation project, all work accessory to an existing intensive industrial use on the propoerty. Installing flare monitoring.

For the erection of a one story building for ambient air monitoring purposes accessory to intensive industial use on the lot. Work to include the construction of a high steel frame meteorlofical tower (weather station), concrete pad, and bollards. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact structural engineer prior to the start of any work. Separate permits required for all other work.

Install a pre manufactured preengineered one story shelter building approx 8 x ft for ambient air monitoring purposes. Installation includes construction of perimeter concrete pad and bollards and a 35 high steel-frame meteorological tower (weather station) no change in any existing guildings height, bulk or use. No change in accessory parking or signage.

For the erection of pipeline foundations approximately 3,5 linear feet of above ground pipeline with supports for the transportation of crude oil, (size and location as shown in plans). For pipeline accessory to an existing crude oil transportation to oil refinery.

For the erection of a reinforced concrete drilled shaft footing shallow foundation system to support future above grade steel framing & future above-ground pipeline. Earth disturbance not to exceed 5,0 sqft.

For the erection of a storage building, detached structures and a various equipment and piping. Size and location as shown on plans application. For use as intensive industrial as previously approved.

For the construction of subsurface foundations and support piers for two(2) 805 ft long and 5 ft wide railcar unloading platforms and for the erection of pipe rack foundations and a transformer pad. The unloading platform and catwalk systems will located approximatley feet above grade. All work accessory to an existi ng intensive industrial use. All connection details to be done per approved plans, if field condition vary contact structural engineer prior to the start of any work.

For the relocation of 5 linear feet of existing pipeline, installation of below grade foundation, support piers, and pipe racks. Concrete piers will extend a few feet above grade and the top of the pipe racks will be about ft above grade to allow for passage of rail cars below them. Structures accessory to an existing intensive industrial use.

For level ii alterations to an existing building for the use of offices, storage,and locker rooms accessory to existing intensive industrial use. Alterations to include the removal erection of partition walls, infill of openings in exterior walls, alterations to existing roof assembly for proposed mechanical equipment and provide furnishings throuhout. For the erection of two rail car unloading platforms constructed of structural steel. All connection details and specifications to be done in accordance with the plans. For the relocation of 5 linear feet of existing pipeline, with the installation of support piers and pipe racks with below grade foundations; pipe rack to be located approximatley ft above grade level. For the amendment of previously approved permit #5688 to document the change of location and alterations to previously approved layout.
